The Hepco & Becker tanking Basic is specially designed for the Yamaha MT-09 SP models from the year of construction 2018 to 2020. This accessory is used to secure a tank bag secure and is tailored to the specific requirements of these motorcycle models.

The scope of delivery of this product includes the tanking and an adaptable counter holder, which is mounted on the tank bag according to the tank shape and the handlebar. Even if the tanking is attached, access to the fuel cap remains without restrictions.

The installation of the tanking basic enables easy and safe attachment of the tank back. Due to the mechanical lock, the backpack is securely fixed and can be quickly removed from a simple mechanism.

The basic tanking differs from the lock-it tanking by the type of locking. While the Lock-IT tanking also uses magnets for centering, the locking is purely mechanically on the basic model. Both systems use the same model -specific metal ring.

It is important to note that tank bags and counterholder must be compatible and should come from the same system to ensure correct function.
