Product description: Hepco & Becker Tankring Basic for Yamaha FZ 6 FAZER S2

The Hepco & Becker tanking Basic has been specially developed for the Yamaha FZ 6 Fazer S2, construction years 2007 to 2010. This product enables a safe and easy attachment of a tank bag directly to the machine's fuel tank.

Product features and scope of delivery

The scope of delivery includes the tanking and a suitable counter holder, which, depending on the tank shape and handlebar, can be attached individually to the tank bag. The fuel lid remains fully accessible even with fueling fueling, which does not restrict the use of the motorcycle.

Technical details and assembly

The tanking has a mechanical lock that securely fixes the tank bag. The unlocking takes place simply by pressing a belt on the front part of the tank bag. The assembly of the system does not require registration in the vehicle documents and must be made in accordance with the manufacturer.

Differences to other tanking systems

Basic tanking differs from the lock-it system mainly by the type of locking. While the lock-IT fueling also works with magnets for centering, the basic tanking offers a purely mechanical lock. Both systems use the same model -specific metal ring.

Please note that tank sac counter-counter and tanking must be compatible and cannot be exchanged between the systems Basic and Lock-IT.
