BASIC tank ring for Kawasaki Z H2, model years 2020 to 2021

The model-specific tank ring enables a Hepco & Becker BASIC tank bag to be mechanically mounted on the Kawasaki Z H2 from 2020 to 2021.

Set comprising tank ring and locking unit

The complete set includes the silver BASIC tank ring and the matching retaining plate for the tank bag. Its position can be adjusted to suit the tank shape and steering lock. The tank bag itself is required separately.

Everyday operation

The tank bag is placed on the ring and audibly engages. A strap attached to the front of the tank bag releases the mechanism for removal. The fuel cap can still be opened despite the fitted tank ring.

BASIC system compatibility

This ring works exclusively with a BASIC retaining plate. It cannot be combined with Lock-it locking units. When fitted as specified, neither an ABE nor registration is required. The motorcycle manufacturer's specifications and model-specific instructions must be observed.
