For the Kawasaki Z 250, model years 2019 to 2021, this model-specific tank ring enables a compatible Hepco & Becker BASIC tank bag to be attached. The fuel cap remains usable despite the fitted ring.

Complete with retaining plate

The product includes the BASIC tank ring and the corresponding retaining plate for the tank bag. Placing the bag on the ring creates an audible, purely mechanical lock. The lock can be released for removal using the strap at the front of the tank bag.

System and approval information

The tank ring and tank-bag retaining plate must belong to the BASIC system; a Lock-it retaining plate cannot be used. When installed as intended, no ABE or registration is required. The motorcycle manufacturer's specifications and model-specific instructions must also be followed.
