BASIC tank ring for the Honda CBR 250 R 2011–2015

The black tank ring is designed for the Honda CBR 250 R, model years 2011 to 2015, and connects the motorcycle to a suitable Hepco & Becker BASIC tank bag. The required retaining plate is already included with this complete mounting product.

How the BASIC system works

The connection locks mechanically: when positioned, the tank bag engages with the ring with a clearly audible click. The strap fitted at the front is used to release it. The retaining plate can be aligned on the tank bag according to the tank contour and steering lock.

No ABE approval or registration is required when correctly installed as intended. BASIC and Lock-it use mutually incompatible retaining plates. The tank ring and tank-bag-side counterpart must therefore always belong to the same system. The vehicle manufacturer's instructions must also be observed.
