Tank-bag mount for the 2008–2013 Fireblade

The BASIC tank ring is designed specifically for the 2008 to 2013 Honda CBR 1000 RR Fireblade. Together with the tank-bag retaining plate already included, it provides the complete motorcycle-side mount for a compatible Hepco & Becker BASIC tank bag.

Operating the lock

The BASIC system is entirely mechanical: when fitted, the tank bag locks into place with a clearly audible click. Pulling the front release strap disengages the mechanism so that the bag can be removed again. The fuel filler cap can still be opened with the ring fitted.
