Cylinder kit Ø 63 for the Lml Star 125 Classic

The cylinder kit is tailored to the Lml Star 125 Classic built between 2013 and 2017 and combines a bore of 63 mm with a displacement of 178 cm³. The revised internal fluid dynamics with profiled overflow channels specifically align the gas flow and support uniform flushing of the cylinder.

Function and construction

The inlet channels are designed for controlled flow and high turbulence. The rear transfer ports feature a dual-slope profile, while the exhaust features a wider design and a retuned profile. This directs the gas flow from the cylinder towards the exhaust in a targeted manner. The overcurrent technology enables connection to adapted as well as completely original housings.

The 63 mm diameter two-ring piston has a profile designed for high operating temperatures. The reduced clutch play supports even guidance in the liner. The cylinder head is hemispherical and has revised, winding cooling fins. Two centering bushes and the separation of head and cylinder by an O-ring ensure a defined connection.
