NEWFREN Pro Race clutch kit for Beta RR 390 4 T Racing

The NEWFREN Pro Race steel and friction disc clutch kit is intended for the 2022-2024 Beta RR 390 4 T Racing. The Pro Race Line was developed as a high-quality racing product and combines specially designed friction discs with matching steel discs.

Function and design

The friction material mainly consists of cellulose, resins, carbon and other components. It offers a high coefficient of friction and is less compressible. The special disc design supports oil flow and contributes to the clutch working more efficiently. The combination of friction material and design is designed for stable function even under demanding operating conditions.

• Steel discs: thickness 1.4; 6 teeth; Outer diameter 134.4

• Inner diameter of upper teeth: 91.8 mm

Development

The Pro Race clutches were developed in collaboration with successful teams from the World Superbike, Moto 3 and MXGP championships. This coupling kit is therefore aimed at applications where a resilient and stable coupling function is required.
