NEWFREN Pro Race clutch kit for the Beta RR 390 4 T

The NEWFREN Pro Race steel and friction disc clutch kit was developed for the Beta RR 390 4 T from 2022-2024. The Pro Race Line is the racing product within the Newfren clutch series and combines specially developed friction discs with matching steel discs.

Friction material and disc design

The friction material mainly consists of cellulose, resins, carbon and other components. This means it achieves a very high coefficient of friction and is less compressible. The special design of the discs improves oil flow and helps the clutch work more efficiently. The combination of material and construction increases the stability of the pads and ensures consistent performance stability even under harsh operating conditions.

The development took place in collaboration with successful teams from the Superbike, Moto 3 and MXGP world championships. The kit is therefore tailored to the requirements of a high-quality racing product.
