WRS racing windscreen for the YAMAHA YZF-R9

This racing windscreen was developed for the 2025-2026 YAMAHA YZF-R9 and combines a sport-focused shape with premium material quality. Its profile provides greater protection from airflow without altering the intended aerodynamics and complements the distinctive lines of the motorcycle’s front end.

High-quality 2 mm-thick PMMA

The windscreen is made from high-quality, DOT626-tested PMMA Plexiglas. The 2 mm material thickness supports a lightweight and flexible construction. WRS also uses this material for windscreen solutions in MotoGP and Superbike racing.

Three colour options

Three tints are available for an individual match to the motorcycle and intended use:

• YA038FS: Dark smoke
• YA038F: Smoke
• YA038T: Clear

Fitment and installation

The windscreen replaces the original windscreen on the 2025-2026 YAMAHA YZF-R9 without modifications. It is compatible with GYTR fairings and racing fairings. Unless otherwise specified, all screws must be tightened to 3 Nm.
