Precise control of the clutch and brake

The Evotech Evo lever set combines a full-length folding clutch lever with a short two-finger brake lever. Deeply rounded edges support a comfortable grip, while both levers can be adjusted to different finger lengths in six positions.

Folding mechanism on the clutch lever

If it comes into contact with a solid object, the clutch lever can move upwards to reduce the risk of breakage. A preloaded spring and bearing keep it securely in position while driving. The lever is then returned to its original position by hand.

Short brake lever

The non-folding Evo Short brake lever is designed to be operated with two fingers. Its ball end is closer to the motorcycle than a stock full-length lever. A defined predetermined breaking area at the end of the ball complements the design.

Adjustment and materials

• Six-stage reach adjustment on both levers
• Typical adjustment range of 17 mm, with a tolerance of ± 1 mm, measured at the center of the lever
• Milled markings to clearly indicate the selected position
• Lever blades and holder mounts made from machined billet aluminum
• CNC machined stainless steel clevis pins and locking elements
• Millings on the backs of the levers to reduce weight while maintaining strength
• Black anodized levers and holder mounts with red anodized adjusters

Assembly

The CNC-milled holder holders are designed to precisely accept the required original components. The model-specific design supports precise installation on the standard controls.
