The cylinder is made of a primary aluminum alloy with a high proportion of hardened and tempered silicon. The cylinder liner has a silicon carbide coating in a galvanic nickel die. Cross-smoothing with two diamond passes supports production with very tight tolerances. The cylinder-piston connection is designed with a tolerance of 0.05 mm.

Pistons and piston rings

The ultra-compact piston is designed with three rings and is made of a special aluminum alloy with a high silicon content, low thermal expansion and a tin layer on the sliding surfaces. The design is lightweight and reinforced and has improved heat exchange surfaces. Special rings with high sliding properties and very high mechanical strength are used: a nitrided and chrome-plated steel ring, a special ring made of cast iron and a three-part wiper ring made of special chrome-plated steel alloy.

Suitable for Yamaha YZF-R 125 ABS (RE 39), years 2019-2020. Installation is carried out exclusively with a Force Master 2.1 control unit.
