The FRESCO Chrome expansion pot was developed for the Yamaha YZ 250 (CG 23) from the 2006-2023 model year range. Its construction combines a robust design with a space-saving design and is designed for use with the original silencer.

Function and construction

The expansion pot is made of sheet steel with variable thickness. This design increases resistance in areas at risk of impact. At the same time, the design supports a pronounced resonance of the exhaust system.

The optimized design reduces the required space. This makes the expansion pot suitable for replacing the corresponding exhaust system component if the existing original silencer is to continue to be used.
