BOYESEN wheel membrane block for the YAMAHA YZ 125

The BOYESEN wheel diaphragm block was developed model-specifically for the YAMAHA YZ 125 built between 1995 and 1997. The inlet system combines a flow-optimized inner surface with a 4-way diffuser to direct the intake air in a targeted manner and avoid pressure losses.

Function and structure

The membrane block is made of 100% aluminum. The design takes into account several technical approaches to optimize power, torque and elasticity: an optimized inner surface, model-specific membrane plates and membrane plates with several opening levels.

The model-specific coordination of the membrane plates and the variable flexibility support the operation of the intake system that is tailored to the vehicle. The hydrocarbon-resistant coating on the membrane plates is designed to ensure a longer service life for the seals.
