The Fly Clutch was developed for intensive use. These include frequent stop-and-go on steep streets, heavy city traffic, long traffic light phases and high thermal stress in hot weather. Operation with a passenger is also taken into account as an operational situation.

  • Clutch bell with Ø 160
  • Forged from Fe DC04 deep drawing steel
  • Carbon steel center section made of round material, TIG welded
  • Welded anti-vibration band with a 3-point 120° pattern
  • 100% dynamically balanced
  • Surface hardened by nitriding
