Malossi is pleased to introduce the new “Super T-Max” product line specifically for the popular Yamaha maxi scooter, made in Italy.

Double power camshafts

The camshafts are crucial to the engine control of a 4-stroke engine. They regulate the air-fuel mixture in the combustion chamber by opening and closing the intake valves and exhausting exhaust gases through the exhaust valves.

Malossis Double Power Cams are designed to provide optimal and progressive power increase when combined with the original cylinder or an exponential increase in power when used with Malossis 560cc twin cylinder.

The camshafts have been optimized for scooters with both carburetors and electronic fuel injection. Equipped with the Double Power Cams, both the first and second series of the scooter can experience significant performance improvements.

The development of the Double Power Cams is based on extensive engine tests carried out in Malossi's own test benches. The manufacturing process follows strict specifications from our technical department, from the selection of materials to precise machining operations to heat and chemical treatments that ensure quality and performance.
