The POLINI racing clutch with Z22 gear rim and straight-toothed pinion is assigned to the Vespa Rally 200 from the 1977-1979 model year range. Their reverse operation moves the connection to the crankshaft from the outer bell to the inner hub. This means that the design follows the special structure of the POLINI HT clutch for racing use.

Function and execution

The clutch offers an adjustable spring force so that the actuation can be adapted to the respective set-up. The straight-cut primary gear with 22 teeth is intended for gear ratio adjustment. Changing the primary gear makes it possible to modify the clutch with other available gear variants from the POLINI range.
