MALOSSI cylinder kit for Vespa PX E GS 200

The MALOSSI cylinder kit with 68.5 mm diameter is intended for the Vespa PX E GS 200 in the entire model year range from 1987 to 1998. The design combines an aluminum cylinder with CVF2 technology and a 16 mm diameter bolt.

The cylinder features redesigned reinforcing ribs for a lightweight, high-strength construction. The black piston has a shaft coated with molybdenum sulfide. The semi-trapezoidal ring design and the piston crown are tailored to the cylinder design.

Sealing and connection

The centering between the cylinder and the cylinder head is done via two centering bushings. An O-ring supports the seal. A flange connection set with four head screws on the cylinder and an O-ring seal on the exhaust is provided for the connection to the silencer. The system is designed for exhaust systems with an inlet diameter of 44.5 mm.
