The MALOSSI gear set Z 55/40/37/36 is designed to adapt the gear ratios in the four gears. The different number of teeth on the four wheels enables a variable gear ratio and thus offers a targeted basis for tuning the Vespa transmission.

• Small depressions on the contact surfaces support oil transport and lubrication between the sliding surfaces
• Relief drilling was carried out wherever possible; This was omitted in the contact area between the wheel and the gear selector lever in order to avoid any breakages
