MALOSSI cast iron cylinder kit for the Vespa Primavera ET3

The MALOSSI cast iron cylinder kit with a diameter of 57.5 mm and pin size 15 is intended for the Vespa Primavera ET3 in the 1976-1983 model year range. The cast cylinder combines the technical design of a big-bore kit with racing piston compression.

Function and design

The newly calculated cooling surface supports the thermal design of the cylinder. The kit includes a reinforced piston made of high-silicon aluminum alloy and two self-lubricating piston rings made of lamellar cast iron with a rectangular cross-section. The low-noise piston profile is tailored to the intended use.
