Crankshaft for Vespa PK XL Rush 125 [1988-1989]

The MALOSSI crankshaft is designed for the Vespa PK XL Rush 125 from the entire 1988-1989 model year range. It is intended for engines with a diaphragm valve intake system and transfers power between the piston, connecting rod and drive. The design supports a crankshaft configuration tailored to this engine concept.

Designed construction

The solid crankshaft is made of vacuum-cast, reinforced aviation-grade steel. Their design combines a weight-reduced rod shape with the required rigidity. Tungsten inserts help balance the crankshaft. A specially designed bevel at the gear end of the crank ensures that fresh gas intake under the oil pan is easier.

Vehicle assignment and installation instructions

The vehicle assignment is exclusively Vespa PK XL Rush 125, built in 1988-1989. For this application, the crankshaft seat on the ignition side of the engine housing must be drilled to ø 87. Spacer kit 0717472 is required and sold separately.
