MALOSSI crankshaft for Vespa PK S 125 with rotating valve

The MALOSSI crankshaft is designed for the Vespa PK S 125 in the full year range from 1983 to 1991. It connects the movement of the connecting rod and piston with the engine's intake control and is intended for drive units with a rotating valve.

Structure and function

In this version, the intake phase is integrated into the inner half crank. The special shape supports targeted fluid dynamics in the intake area. To increase the stability of the crankshaft, MALOSSI uses tungsten parts as counterweights. The version with Viper Head connecting rod reduces weight while maintaining the required rigidity.
