The POLINI racing clutch with Z22 ring gear and helical-toothed pinion is designed for the Vespa P ETS 125 in the full year range from 1983 to 1990. Their reverse operation moves the connection to the crankshaft from the outer bell to the inner hub.

Function and structure

The clutch is designed for resilient power transmission and precise operation. The pressure plate works on a thrust bearing. The aluminum bell and the lid with oil collection groove are among the design features described. Aluminum discs reinforced with 8 teeth support the transmission of the driving force.
