The MALOSSI aluminum cylinder with 63 mm bore and 14 mm pin is intended for the VESPA LX 125 in the 2012-2014 model year range. The version is designed for 4-stroke engines and has a stroke of 58.6 mm and a displacement of 182.67 cm³.

The cylinder liner has a silicon carbide coating in electroplated nickel form and cross smoothing with two diamond passes. The cylinder is made of a primary aluminum alloy with a high content of hardened and tempered silicon. Recalculated heat exchange surfaces complement the technical design.

Pistons and rings

The ultra-compact 3-ring piston is made of a special aluminum alloy with a high silicon content and tin coating on the sliding surfaces. The piston rings include an I-ring made of nitrided and chrome-plated steel, a special cast ring and a three-part wiper ring made of special chrome-plated steel alloy.

Vehicle assignment and notice

Suitable for VESPA LX 125, built between 2012 and 2014. Only the Force Master 2 control unit is intended for installation. The product is intended exclusively for racing at designated locations in accordance with the regulations of the relevant sports authorities.
