POLINI HT racing clutch with Z23 pinion for Vespa Cosa 200

The POLINI racing clutch is designed for racing use and has a helical sprocket with 23 teeth. Their reverse operation moves the component connected to the crankshaft from the outer bell to the inner hub. As a result, the clutch is based on a different design principle for use in the performance-oriented Vespa engine.

• Aluminum discs with a design enlarged by 8 counts
• Adjustable clutch spring force

The enlarged aluminum discs support efficient power transmission. The spring force can be adjusted to the respective application. In addition, the toothing of the primary wheel can be selected to fine-tune the gear ratios. For later adjustments, the clutch can be modified by replacing the primary gear.
