The POLINI racing clutch with Z22 ring gear and helical-toothed pinion is designed for the Vespa Cosa 125 in the 1988-1997 model year range. Their HT design uses a reversed mode of operation: the unit connected to the crankshaft is the inner hub instead of the outer bell.

Function and construction

The clutch is designed for frictionless transmission and precise operation. The reinforced aluminum discs have 8 teeth. This supports the power transmission within the clutch. The pressure plate works on a thrust bearing, while the aluminum bell forms the central housing element of the clutch.

Setting options
