The BOYESEN wheel membrane block was developed for the SUZUKI RM 250 built in 2001. The intake system combines a model-specific design with a flow-optimized design, thereby supporting precise tuning of the intake area.

Well thought-out construction for the intake tract

The membrane block is made of 100% aluminum and has an optimized inner surface. A 4-way diffuser directs the air flows in a targeted manner and serves to avoid pressure losses in the intake area. The construction is individually tailored to the respective motorcycle model.

Design of the membrane plates
