SUZUKI RM 250 [1996-1997] - Wheel diaphragm block - Suzuki RM250
Description
BOYESEN wheel membrane block for the Suzuki RM 250
The BOYESEN wheel membrane block was developed for the SUZUKI RM 250 from the 1996-1997 model year range. Its intake system combines a model-specific design with design details to optimize the intake air flows. As a result, the membrane block supports balanced response and better pulling power of the motorcycle.
Structure and function
The block is made of 100% aluminum and has an optimized inner surface. A 4-way diffuser directs the air flows and serves to avoid pressure losses in the intake path. The membrane plates have variable flexibility and are model-specific. Made from aviation-grade carbon, they combine coordinated opening levels with precise adjustment to the intake system.
- 100% aluminum
- Optimized internal surface
- 4-way diffuser to optimize airflows
- Model-specific membrane plates with variable flexibility
- Aviation grade carbon
- Rubber-coated and hydrocarbon-resistant membrane plates
Assembly and vehicle assignment
The intake manifold and the fastening clamps are included in the scope of delivery. The assembly takes place directly without modification. The wheel membrane block is assigned to the SUZUKI RM 250 in the entire 1996–1997 model year range.
Entry system for competition use
The RC2 membrane blocks were developed for competition use. The multi-stage design of the membrane plates and the flow-optimized design support the efficiency, performance and pulling power of the SUZUKI RM 250.
