The R&G RACING crash protectors with frame protection are designed for the Suzuki GSX-S 1000 F ABS built between 2016 and 2021. Its low profile combines a restrained design with the protective function for central components of the motorcycle intended for racing and the racetrack.

Well thought-out design for controlled loads

R&G RACING uses deburred, high-strength steel bolts. In the event of an impact, these are designed to bend rather than shear or break. In this way, the construction supports a controlled absorption of the occurring load.

There are compression sleeves in the coils. They enable the retaining bolts to be tightened with the correct torque and help ensure that they do not come loose due to vibrations. The construction is based on the proven design of the R&G Aero Bobbins and combines crash resistance with an unobtrusive shape.
