Construction and materials

  • Frame protection milled from a single piece of aircraft aluminum
  • Direct attachment to the frame of the Suzuki GSX-8S
  • CNC precision machined bolts and spacers
  • Injection molded nylon heads on both sides of the rear wheel
  • Aluminum core in each rear axle bobbin for added strength
  • Interchangeable nylon heads

Scope of delivery

Included are the frame protection components with the associated bolts and spacers as well as rear axle bobbins for both sides of the rear wheel.

Assembly

The frame protection is installed according to the “two bolts out, two bolts in” principle. Evotech Performance states an assembly time of around 20 minutes. The rear axle bobbins are simply inserted through the wheel axle. Illustrated assembly instructions are available.
