SUZUKI GSX 8 S [2022-2025] - Exhaust system

Inspired by the concept presented at EICMA 2024, this exhaust system was developed by Akrapovic specifically for the 2025 Suzuki GSX-8S/R. It fits seamlessly into the lines of the motorcycle and is made of high-quality stainless steel. The use of state-of-the-art technology allows for a one-piece design, with the catalytic converter welded directly into the silencer.

The exhaust system is finished with a handcrafted carbon fiber cover that integrates the exhaust pipe with a honeycomb pattern for exhaust protection and the distinctive Akrapovic logo in red and white. Installing the system is simple and does not require reprogramming of the motor controller. During development, the focus was on optimal throttle response and increased power, resulting in an increase in power of 1.8 kW (2.5 hp) at 9,500 rpm and a torque increase of 1.4 Nm at 5,500 rpm compared to a standard Suzuki GSX-8S exhaust system.

This full exhaust system reduces weight by 29.1% (2.2 kg) compared to the stock exhaust system and delivers a deep, sporty sound. It is EC/ECE tested and complies with the Euro 5+ standard. It is also designed so that it can also be mounted in combination with the original Suzuki soft luggage set, which offers additional flexibility in everyday life.
