Polyethylene roof for the Polaris RZR 1000 XP 4 EPS

The black DIRECTION 2 roof made of HMW High Density Haircell polyethylene protects the interior of the vehicle from the elements and falling dirt. The design is tailored to the Polaris RZR 1000 XP 4 EPS from 2017 and complements its vehicle appearance with a functional roof solution.

Function and construction

• The roof is made of black HMW High Density Haircell polyethylene with a thickness of 4.7 mm (.187").
• The specially shaped construction supports high rigidity.
• The corner elements, which are fastened with rivets, provide additional stability.
• The edges are machined with a 5-axis CNC router and are finished smoothly.
• Specially manufactured, robust clamps made of injected nylon are used for fastening.

Assembly and fastening

Installation is intended without drilling. The mounting scope includes all the required nuts and screws with a black coating as well as detailed assembly instructions. The black design of the fasteners blends in with the appearance of the roof.
