Electronic control for the Piaggio Liberty 150 E3

The MALOSSI Force Master 2 is an electronic control for I-Tech 4-stroke cylinders. It allows the injection to be adapted to Malossi 4-stroke and original cylinders and provides four different maps. This allows the fuel adjustment to be selected to suit the respective combination of exhaust system, cylinder, cylinder head, camshaft and air filter.

Function and coordination

• Fuel tuning adjustment range: ± 20% at minimum, medium and maximum speed.
• Raising the rev limiter by 2,250 rpm depending on the vehicle.
• Speed ​​values ​​mentioned: Original 9,250 rpm, Malossi 11,500 rpm.
• In conjunction with an O₂controller, the Force Master 2 allows complete control of fuel preparation.

Four maps

• Curve 0: Original exhaust system, Malossi 63mm 125cc cylinder kit, original cylinder head, original camshaft and original filter.
• Curve 1: Malossi exhaust system with db killer and 63 mm cylinder kit with 125 cc and otherwise original components.
• Curve 2: Original exhaust system, Malossi 63mm 150cc cylinder kit, original cylinder head, original camshaft and original filter.
• Curve 3: Malossi exhaust system with db killer and 63 mm cylinder kit with 150 cc and otherwise original components.
