The VERTEX Race Evolution cast piston is designed for the Mz 125 SX from 2001 to 2008. As a cast aluminum piston with standard piston compression, it is suitable for 2-stroke racing applications and is tailored for use in performance-oriented off-road engines.

Function and execution

The version has nitrided steel rings. An exclusive MoS2 coating with specially designed pockets supports the smooth movement of the piston and cylinder. The reduced piston land is tailored to the Race Evolution design.
