Dry lubrication with a fine PTFE layer

Motorex Spray with PTFE acts as a lubricant and release agent without leaving oily residue. It forms a very thin PTFE layer and is particularly suitable for applications where mineral oils or silicones are undesirable.

• PTFE particle size: 5 μm
• Very broad chemical resistance
• Temperature range up to +265 °C
• Prevents parts from sticking together in molds or machine tool structures

Applications

• Hygienic dry lubrication
• Slide rails and guide rails
• Conveyor belts, conveyor rollers and transport carriages
• Window mechanisms and roller shutter systems
• Permanent lubrication of shafts in plastic bearings

Application and size

• Shake well before use until the mixing ball moves freely
• Spray can containing 200 ml

Compatibility

Intended as a cleaning and care product for the BMW CE 04 from model year 2021 onward, among others.
