Waterproof Khali side bag with custom-fit frame

This Khali side bag combines a robust, fully waterproof TPU design with a right steel frame developed specifically for the BMW CE 04. The pre-installed quick-release system enables fast attachment and can be locked to the frame with a lock.

Materials and dimensions

The bag is made of high-frequency heat-sealed TPU with Hypalon surfaces. TPU is characterized by its elasticity, toughness and resistance to wear and is non-toxic. Hypalon is durable, waterproof and resistant to weather, chemicals and UV radiation.

Frame and installation

The right frame is made of steel and treated with a matte black epoxy powder-coated finish. It was developed based on the BMW CE 04 and integrates discreetly into its design. The quick-release system is already mounted on the rear of the bag. The frame solution retains a minimalist appearance even without the bag attached.
