Complete care kit for canvas, leather and split leather

The Unitgarage care kit combines various products for cleaning, caring for and reconditioning accessories, bags and jackets made of canvas, smooth leather or split leather. The product to use depends on the specific material and the corresponding application instructions.

Scope of delivery

• Cotton bag with Unitgarage logo
• Waterproofing spray
• Block of solid wax
• One tube of black or brown color cream, 50 ml
• Soft cleaning brush with wooden handle
• Brush with brass bristles and wooden handle for split leather
• Cleaning disc, 100 × 60 mm and 8 mm thick
• Microfiber cloth

Waterproofing spray

The spray is intended for regular treatment of accessories, bags and jackets made of leather, canvas or split leather. Clean the item with warm, clear water if necessary. The product can be used on damp or dry material.

• Shake the bottle before use
• Spray on evenly from a distance of 10 to 15 cm
• Wipe with a clean, damp cloth to improve performance and reduce waste
• Allow to dry for 12 hours for optimal results

Keep out of reach of children. Avoid contact with the eyes and prolonged contact with the skin, and use only in a well-ventilated area.

Solid wax

With regular use, resealing is recommended at least once a year. A soft cloth or sponge and a heat source are required for application.

• Remove dirt and sand and clean with a sponge and cold water
• Do not use soap or cleaning products
• Do not machine wash, dry clean, iron or tumble dry
• Warm the item to be treated in a warm room, in the sun or near a heat source
• Apply the wax sparingly with a cloth or sponge, paying particular attention to seams and creases
• Rub in thoroughly and avoid excess wax
• For an even finish, warm with a hair dryer after waxing
• Hang overnight in a warm place

Color cream for smooth leather

The black or brown color cream is used to cover scratches and scuff marks on smooth leather. It must not be used on split leather. First clean the area, massage the cream in with a sponge, allow it to dry for 15 minutes and then polish with a soft cloth.

Brushes and cleaning disc

• The soft brush provides even, scratch-free cleaning.
• The brass brush is designed for cleaning and polishing split leather.
• The cleaning disc removes glue and sticky residue from leather or split leather. To use it, rub it over the area with light pressure and then clean with a soft cloth.
