The pair of cartridges was developed according to Unit Garage specifications for the original fork of the BMW R 1200 R LC. A sophisticated hydraulic system and pistons with enlarged oil passages allow precise suspension tuning.

For filling, the manufacturer recommends Öhlins fork oil in the quantity recommended by Öhlins.
