PUIG D12 Spoiler for the KAWASAKI Z 650 model year 2025

The PUIG D12 was developed for targeted aerodynamic support at the front of the KAWASAKI Z 650. Its wing surfaces, arranged one above the other, direct the air flow to the more inclined upper surface, thereby generating additional downforce on the front axle - with as little influence as possible on the motorcycle's drag coefficient.

Double wings for targeted aerodynamics

The D12 consists of two wing surfaces that are connected to each other via a side winglet surface. The upper surface is more inclined than the lower one and is targeted by the air flow. The shape generates 5 kg of downforce on the front axle. This results in an anti-wheelie effect and more stability at high speeds, when braking and when changing direction.

Construction and dimensions

PUIG develops and manufactures the D12 entirely in Barcelona. 4 mm thick CN acrylic with rounded edges is used. The brackets are made of 3 mm thick iron and have a subtle, black textured surface.

Three optical versions

The D12 spoiler is available in black, matt black and carbon look. This means that the aerodynamic components can be tailored to the appearance of the KAWASAKI Z 650.

Assembly, control and documentation

The assembly is designed so that it can be carried out without mechanical expertise. To ensure a safe condition, PUIG recommends regularly checking the brackets and the tightness of the components.
