The MALOSSI aluminum cylinder kit Ø 63 aluminum CVF2 pin Ø 15 Sport is for the LML Star 150 2 T Limited Edition Bicolore, built between 2009 and 2016, provided. The cylinder is made of a high-strength aluminum alloy and has a cylinder liner with a nickel-chrome coating.

The piston has a steel core with an aluminum and silicon alloy coating. Internal reinforcing ribs reduce the weight in mechanically stressed areas. Windows in the rear area and diametrical grooves support the supply of fresh air to the cylinder openings.

Connection and adjustment

The connection to the silencer is made via a flange connection set with four head screws on the cylinder and an O-ring seal on the exhaust. The system is designed for exhaust systems with a 37 mm inlet diameter. A basic set of seals in different strengths allows the compression to be adjusted to different operating conditions.
