The Malossi aluminum cylinder kit Ø 63 aluminum CVF2 pin Ø 15 Sport is intended for the LML Star 150 2 T from the 2013-2017 model year range. The design combines an aluminum cylinder with a cylinder liner and a nickel-chrome coating. The kit is intended for exclusive use in competitions at designated venues in accordance with the regulations of the relevant sports associations.

Structure and function

The uniform wall thickness of the cylinder core supports controlled heat exchange around the liner and openings. Aerodynamically profiled cooling fins promote the flow of cooling air. The revised CVF2 openings are designed for fluid efficiency.

The connection to the exhaust is via a flange system with four head screws on the cylinder and an O-ring seal on the exhaust. It is designed for exhaust systems with 37 mm inlet diameter. Different seal thicknesses enable the compression to be adapted to the respective application.

Vehicle assignment and notice

Suitable for LML Star 150 2 T, built between 2013 and 2017. The kit does not fit with an electric start flywheel. Liability for improper use is excluded.
