Aluminum cylinder kit for the LML Star 125 Glamor

The MALOSSI aluminum cylinder kit ø 63 is designed for a resilient combination of cylinder, piston and cylinder head. The construction combines a high-strength aluminum alloy with a cylinder liner and nickel-chrome coating. The uniform wall thickness around the liner and openings supports controlled heat exchange.

The exhaust connection is made via a flange connection set with four head screws on the cylinder and an O-ring seal on the exhaust. The system is designed for exhaust systems with a 37 mm inlet diameter. The connection to the cylinder head is centered via precisely manufactured support surfaces.

The kit includes a basic set with gaskets of different thicknesses, which allows the compression to be adapted to different applications.
