PROX forged pistons for KTM 450 SMR 2023-2024

The PROX forged piston is designed as a forged version for direct replacement of the original equipment. Its aluminum construction and special alloy combine the structural properties of a forged piston with a standard compression ratio of 13.1:1 tailored to the engine.

A patented surface treatment reduces internal friction in the cylinder. This makes the piston suitable as a precise replacement solution for repairing the upper engine area without changing the specified compression or dimensions.
