VERTEX Top End Kit with cast pistons for the KTM 300 EXC

The VERTEX complete kit for the upper engine area supports the overhaul of the engine with coordinated components. It bundles pistons, piston rings, piston pins, locking clips and a top-end seal kit. A needle bearing for the piston pin is also included for two-stroke applications. This means that the essential kit components are available together for replacement in the upper engine area.

Function and execution

The cast piston is made of aluminum and is designed for standard piston compression. With two piston rings and the 2T stroke concept, the kit is tailored to the specified two-stroke engine. The combination makes it easier to plan an engine overhaul and can reduce the amount of parts required for repairs.
