TWIN AIR Powerflow Kit for a secure airbox seal

The TWIN AIR Powerflow Kit was developed for the KTM 250 EXC built between 2024 and 2026. It combines an air filter with a precisely fitting solution for sealing the airbox. This prevents a leaky connection from affecting the function of the filter.

Function and structure

A rigid, lightweight aluminum cage replaces the standard plastic cage. The construction supports a leak-proof fit and creates an improved sealing surface between the air filter and airbox. For applications where it is required, a billet aluminum flange can be used that bolts securely to the airbox.
