The VERTEX piston kit is designed as a top-end solution for engine overhaul of the KTM 250 EXC in the 2024-2025 model year range. It bundles the components intended for replacement in the upper engine area and thereby supports a structured repair of pistons, piston rings and associated seals.

Function and scope of delivery

The kit contains the essential components for changing pistons in the 2T application. In addition to the piston, the scope of delivery includes piston rings, piston pins, safety clips and a top-end gasket set. The piston pin needle bearing is also included for two-stroke applications.
