The TECNIUM air filter supports the reliable filtration of the intake air during racing. Dust, sand and dirt can put stress on mechanical components such as pistons, cylinders and valves. The coordinated foam structure keeps these foreign bodies away from the engine and at the same time enables optimal air permeability.

Function and structure

• An open-pored foam layer holds back larger dirt particles.
• A second layer of denser foam filters the finest dust particles and allows air to flow through.
• The flexible seal creates an optimal contact surface with the air filter housing.

Through the combination of two foam layers of different densities, the intake air is filtered in several stages. The flexible seal supports the appropriate contact between the air filter and the air filter housing.
