Kawasaki ZX6R [1990–1999] - Evo short lever set for clutch and brake

Short levers for precise two-finger operation

The Evotech Performance Evo Set combines a short clutch lever with a short brake lever for the Kawasaki ZX6R. The usable lever width of around 55 mm is designed to be operated with two gloved fingers.

Kawasaki ZX6R [1990–1999] - Evo Kurzhebelset für Kupplung und Bremse

Deeply rounded edges along the levers support a comfortable grip. The shorter design compared to the standard levers is also intended to reduce the risk of contact with solid obstacles and the resulting breakage.

Individually adjustable grip width

  • Six adjustment positions on clutch and brake levers
  • Typical adjustment range of 17 mm, measured at the center of the lever, with a tolerance of ±1 mm
  • Milled markings indicate the selected position
  • Red anodized adjusters for clearly visible operation
Kawasaki ZX6R [1990–1999] - Evo Kurzhebelset für Kupplung und Bremse

Machined aluminum construction

Lever blades and holder holders are milled from solid aluminum and permanently anodized black. Millings on the back reduce weight without sacrificing the required strength of the construction.

  • CNC-milled holder mounts for the precise integration of the standard components
  • CNC machined stainless steel hinge pins and locking clips
  • Defined breaking point at the spherical lever end
  • Evotech Performance logos on levers and holder mounts

Scope of delivery

A model-specific set consisting of a short clutch lever and a short brake lever with the associated holder mounts and red reach adjusters is supplied.

Assembly

The set replaces the standard levers and is not universal. According to the manufacturer, basic tools are sufficient for replacement. The precisely milled mounts are designed to accept the intended original components.

Compatibility

Suitable for Kawasaki ZX6R from 1990 to 1999.
