Precise control with folding Evo levers

The set developed by Evotech Performance replaces the clutch and brake levers of the Kawasaki Vulcan S Cafe Light Tourer. Anatomically designed, deeply rounded edges ensure pleasant contact and a controlled operating feel over the entire length of the lever.

Folding mechanism to protect the levers

If you come into contact with a solid obstacle, the lever blades can move upwards. This reduces the risk of the lever breaking in the event of a tip over or fall. A tensioned spring with bearing holds each lever securely in its intended position while driving; it is then reset manually.

Individually adjustable grip width

• Six adjustment positions on clutch and brake levers
• Typical adjustment range of 17 mm, with a tolerance of plus or minus 1 mm, measured at the center of the lever
• Milled markings indicate the selected position
• Red anodized adjusters create a clear visual accent

Machined aluminum construction

Lever blades and bracket mounts are milled from solid aluminum material. Millings on the back reduce the weight without sacrificing structural strength. The levers and mounts have a durable black anodization.

CNC-milled fork bolts, safety clips and the adjustment and spring elements used depending on the version are made of stainless steel. The precisely manufactured mounts support the uncomplicated transfer of the original components.

Assembly and use

The CNC-manufactured bracket holders are designed for precise assembly with the intended original components. The set was developed for use on the road and on track days.
