LTD style round headlight for Kawasaki Vulcan 900

Vulcan 900 S and Vulcan 900 Custom form the design framework for individual Kawasaki cruiser conversions. The universal 7-inch main headlight has a black housing, clear lens and an H4 prism reflector. Its classic shape can be included in different front concepts without claiming a specific fit for the models mentioned.

Planning conversion on the actual cruiser front

Check the existing mounting type and compare it with the M8 points on the side. The distance of 200 mm and the desired height influence the required holder construction. There must be enough free space behind the 138 mm deep housing for connections and cables.

The electrical system of the respective Vulcan must be compared with H4 and parking lights. Move the handlebars fully in both directions and check for possible contact with the tank, fork, instruments, cables or cables. Additional cruiser attachments can also change the installation situation.

E-tested is a feature of the headlight. The permissibility of the position, bracket and entire front change must still be clarified on the specific motorcycle. Taking careful measurements prevents decisions from being made based solely on appearance or model name.
